Buying a home or property is one of the most challenging decisions of one’s life that involves a good investment too. Developers organize sample flat visits to address the concerns of the buyers. Sample flats give an impression of available space or sense of space, direction and dimensions of and how the actual flat will look after completion. Sample flats are an effective marketing tool and showcase fine interior decoration or space management of the given area. Sample flats attract buyers by the way it is done and it depends on the builder how he does the sample flats as that will increase their USP and sales. We have done a couple of sample flats for a few builders, by using our smart space saving solutions we made the most of the available spaces as the area wasn’t very big enough.

For one of our projects we used space saving furniture to give the house the functionality and that would help attract customers. This 1BHK apartment had a sofa cum bed with a lounger that made an extra bed for family and guests at night. The TV unit was kept simple, a small unit with two drawers. For the centre piece we used our expandable coffee table that has foldable flaps that make extra space for when required. Or can be used as a study table too. The apartment had a small and compact open kitchen with a “L” shaped kitchen ota with overhead cabinets and drawers at the bottom with storage.

The bedroom has queen size horizontal wallbed with a dining table flap that makes a dining space during the day and a bedroom during the night. With the dining table come 2 ottoman for seating, that make their place in the corner of the unit. Along with this is a wardrobe and small shelves in the corner that make space for books and artefacts.
