A 1BHK sample 350 sqft flat for Platinum builder in Mumbai where with our space saving furniture we helped make the space look spacious without compromising on aesthetics and functionality. When it comes to small spaces there’s hardly any space to experiment and have junk furniture. In the Bedroom, we used a MDF cut-out jaali with blinds which served as a divider and for ventilation purpose.

There is a Queen size wallbed with a leg flap and study flap for workspace, on one side there is a dresser and on the other side there are shelves for artefacts. Perpendicular to the bed are sliding wardrobes. There are overhead loft storage of two walls of the room. And adjacent to the bed is a T.V. unit with back panelling. Instead of a normal door we used a sliding door to maximize space. Making the room look spacious. We used light colours to give depth to room.

In the Living room there is sofa-cum bed which makes an extra bedroom space for guests, to add accents there is a coffee table which has two side flaps which open up to make space or serve as games table. And when not in use can be used as a side table. Adjacent to the sofa-cum bed there is a T.V. unit.

For the dining area, we used our sleek foldable dining table which serves as a crockery unit otherwise, the dining table comes with two ottomans that are put against the wall, also makes extra seating space for the living room.

The kitchen was small and modular, L shaped kitchen ota with a small work triangle. There were overhead shelves provided for storage.

The colour scheme used in the entire apartment is white and wood finish colour. Making the house look spacious, airy and giving it depth.
