A sample flat is one of the marketing practices used by the builders to exhibit their clients of what they can actually offer in their proposed house which also increases the USP. Thus one shall make the show flat as spacious and appealing as they can to attract home buyers cause seeing is believing.

Another builder sample flat that we did for the Arc Vista builders in Mumbai. A 2BHK project that was designed to make the house spacious and keeping in mind the aesthetics. We decided to use wallbed as a space saving solution in kids bedroom as the room was compact and had to accommodate a study table. With the wallbed we gave side tables on either sides and a dresser one side and wardrobes with loft storage on the adjacent wall. For the master bedroom we used a normal bed with a designer cushion headboard over the wall with side tables adjoining this is a single long unit open shelves and shutters for artefacts. In the master bedroom there were provinces for a T.V. unit adjoining the dressing table.

For the kitchen, we kept it simple as keep the movement free flowing. The kitchen ota was small but still had ample of storage with drawers at the bottom and overhead shutters. The kitchen and the dining area were interconnected.
