3BHK ULTRA COMPACT KOCHI

Interior Designing is not a new profession. Although some may claim that it only came into existence about a century ago, Interior Designing has always been prevalent. Furnishings have required to be adorned in upholstery fabric and to be accessorised to increase its aesthetics since the day people understood what furnishing was.

Our recent 3bhk project that we did in Kochi, a classic Kerela style house of a total area of approx. 1800sqft. Where we used maximum space saving furniture such as our signature wallbeds, fold-away dining tables and sofa-cum bed to make the room spacious by using Minimal furniture and Contemporary designs.

To create a focal point for the living room, the walls are painted in a gorgeous deep shade for the furniture and decor to pop. Keeping in mind the contemporary design. The living room has a T.V. Unit with back lit lighting and a running unit and a 3×2 sofa seating with a centre coffee table and a side table.

Adjoining the corridor is the Dining area which has a book shelf unit and a fold-away dining table with two Ottomans which fit under the book shelf unit. The fold-away dining table unit serves as a dining table when opened and a crockery unit otherwise. We designed the area using similar hues for contrast and natural wood colours.

In the Master bedroom we’ve used our signature wallbed with a leg flap to give maximum space with rustic wall textures. The queen sized wallbed was customised by wardrobes on either sides of the frame.

In the second bedroom we have provided the client with a regular platform bed with sliding wardrobes.

And, in the third bedroom there is a trundle bed which is a single bed which when pulled out becomes a double bed and for the wardrobe we provided them with sliding wardrobes.
